In order to view your FTP credentials, as well as connect to the server via FTP, please refer to the following instructions:
1. Access your SiteControl here: LINK
2. Click on 'Website' in the 'Manage Services' section.
3. On the next screen click on 'FTP' in the 'File Manager' section.
4. Make sure you have selected the correct domain name from the drop down menu next to 'Currently Managing'.
5. You can access your FTP by simply clicking on 'Launch FTP'.
6. If you are using an FTP client, the credentials for your FTP are displayed under the 'User' and 'Password' sections.
