Please note that there is a $99 charge to restore any files from our backup. If you would like us to proceed, please confirm by replying to this ticket with the answer to any of the following security questions:
1. Your SiteControl ID and last 4 digits of your Password
2. The last 4 digits of the credit card used to make payments on this account. (If you pay by check, please give us the last payment date, check number, and payment amount)
Keep in mind that although we do attempt to maintain a current backup of all of our accounts, we cannot guarantee that we have the exact files from the exact dates that you requested.
Also, please specify if you would like the current information overwritten or the backups restored into a separate folder on your web hosting space.
