Please be advised that you can change the password for your mailbox by following the steps below:
1. Log into your Control Panel here: https://sitecontrol-sp.gate.com
2. Click on "Email" in the "Manage Services" section
3. Click on "SiteMailXchange"
4. Click on the "Edit" button next to the mailbox in question
Once you update the password, please navigate to SiteMailXchange by logging in here: https://sitemailxchange.gate.com. Once you log in, please set your secret questions for your mailbox.
