You can start a domain transfer from another domain registrar to us through your SiteControl (LINKLINK) by going to: “Pending Domain Transfers” -> “Transfer Domains” and entering the domain name in the form.
Before starting the transfer please contact your current Domain Registrar and make sure that you have access to your administrative contact email that is currently on file for the domain name. You can check this at: LINKLINK
Also make sure that the domain name is unlocked for transfer and ask your current Registrar to provide you with the transfer authorization code for this domain name.

In order to transfer your domain name to another domain registrar you will need to provide the transfer authorization code for the domain name to the new registrar. You can obtain this transfer code through your SiteControl (https://sitecontrol-sp.hostway.com) by clicking on "Domain Name", then clicking "Edit" next to the domain name you are transferring. The code will be in the "Auth Info Code" field.
Your domain name also has to be unlocked for transfer. You can unlock it at the same page. Please also make sure that you have access to your administrative contact email for the domain name (which could be different from your BRANBRAND account email), as the transfer notice will be sent to that email.
To check the administrative email address for the domain, navigate to the domain name information page in your SiteControl with the steps above. In the top right "Registrant Contact" box, click the "Edit" button. Ensure that you have access to the email listed in the Registrant Contact, Billing Contact, Administrator Contact, and Technical Contact fields. If any of the information is outdated, please change it and click the "Update Now" button to save your changes.
