To manually renew your domain name, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log into your SiteControl at: https://sitecontrol-sp.hostway.com
2. Click on “Manage Services”
3. Click on “Domain Name”
4. Check the box next to the domain name you wish to renew and click the “Renew” button
5. Select the number of years you would like to renew and click “Renew Selected Domains”, then confirm your renewal request
Alternatively, we can also renew the domain on your behalf. However, we will first need to verify that you are authorized to make changes to this account. Please send us one of the following items for security purposes:
1. Your SiteControl username and last 4 characters of your password
2. The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
